Vote NO on the Constitutional Amendment
In 2023, the Democrat DFL legislative Trifecta voted to put this amendment extension on the 2024 ballot. Republicans voted 29-2 against this in the Senate and 41-20 against in the House.
Voting NO directs these funds to our elected Legislators to manage and spend the funds - not to a Waltz-appointed committee with a Waltz-appointed commissioner.
