Does knocking a door outside your own neighborhood sound like something you could do to be a game changer in turning Minnesota from blue to red? Organizing a Republican door knocking event and looking for additional help? Knocked and door before and thought it was fun? Welcome to the group- Door Knocking? I'm in.
Group Rules
Preprimary Unendorsed Candidates
1.) CD 7 respects the Endorsement process and preprimary door knocking will focus on voter identification and refining lists that will be given to the endorsed candidates. (This work can save a candidate time and money once the endorsement is obtained.)
No Preprimary Candidate Posts
2.) No preprimary candidate door knocking recruitment may be posted in the group (including previously elected candidates running in the current election).
Endorsed Candidates campaigns may post events.
3.) Once the endorsement process is complete, any endorsed candidate may post or request door knocking assistance. (They may include a post to their campaign website/Facebook in the comments of the event post for recruitment purposes.) (Endorsed Candidates from outside CD 7 may be allowed to post at the discretion of the CD7 Executive Committee.)
Recommended Nonpartisan Candidates may post.
4.) Nonpartisan Judges approved by the Judicial committee (endorsed by committee) may post for assistance door knocking. 5.)Any nonpartisan local candidates (School Board, County Commissioner, City Council, Mayor, etc) whose local BPOU has submitted proper paperwork of endorsement may post for door knocking assistance.
